Swim Trunk Size: How to Measure
To measure accurately, you only need a tape measure 150 or 200 cm long. The tape should be placed loosely around the body when measuring and not cut into the skin. The abdomen should not be drawn in when taking measurements. Ideally, another person should help take accurate measurements on a relaxed body. Measurements are taken:
Body height in cm: Body length is measured barefoot from sole to crown.
Waist circumference (waist) in cm: Body circumference is measured at the narrowest part of the waist, most commonly just above the navel. To get an accurate measurement for the natural waistline, the abdomen should not be drawn in under any circumstances.
