A firm, level 3 belt designed as a comfortable, cost-effective, and hygienic method for managing parastomal hernias. This belt can also significantly help reduce the risk of hernia in vulnerable stoma patients.
Hygienic procedure – It is likely that the front part of a belt will become soiled, and the entire belt will then need to be washed or replaced. The Comfizz ZT belt (two-part belt) addresses this problem with an easy-to-replace, easy-to-wash front panel.
Cost-effective – The ZT set comes with two front panels, which effectively means two level 3 belts, as the wearer can frequently refresh the front panels without needing two complete Level III belts. The attention to detail regarding comfort also improves compliance and thus effectiveness.
Comfortable handling – The ZT belt is made of a flexible, firm fabric with high air permeability and moisture-wicking properties, making it soft and breathable on the skin, thereby minimizing discomfort from sweat.

Measuring for a Level 3 Belt
To determine the required size, use a tape measure around the waist, but in line with the stoma.
For a hernia – lie on your back and wait 5 minutes for the hernia to relax before taking the measurement.
In a non-hernia situation – remain standing and measure in line with the stoma site.
NOTE: If the measurement is between sizes, round up.

Attention: The ends of the belt do not have to completely meet around your abdomen. You also need to calculate up to 35 cm (allowance) pad size between them. See picture.
Stoma Protector
The protector offers additional protection against pressure or unwanted forces on the stoma site, for example, during certain sports activities. The protector can also prevent seatbelt pressure on long journeys. This is a useful optional extra.
